Thanksgiving to God!!

I thank Brother Cam for his invitation to AMKMC Forerunner Zone Thanksgiving Dinner. His zonal cell group members are such amiable and warm people, especially Sister Serene, Sister Jessica and Brother Wang Wei... hee..

Hmm.. one thing we could conclude, all who are called SERENE are wonderful sisters in Christ, first my Serene 姐姐, then Sister Serene from Brother Cam’s cell group. This is how I will differentiate them… hee…

God bless Sister Serene and her little baby inside the womb… =)

What delighted me most was that childlike faith in my Brother Cam when he led the praise and worship. Simply ADORABLE, especially when he shook his body as he encouraged us to sing “Shout Your Fame” with joy.

That joyfulness and childlikeness demonstrated by Brother Cam are only possible when we love our Lord then can we lead worship in such joyfulness and peace.

You’ve done a great job in the Praise and Worship, Brother!

Thank God for what you’ve done each and every one of our lives! We thank You and praise You Lord for what You’ve done for us in the last one year.

As Brother Adrian was sharing his Forerunners’ vision in 2006, my heart was impressed to keep up with two things: first is to be faithfully praying (for myself and those who Holy Spirit has burdened me to pray for) and second is to faithfully partaking the Word (Bible Study with my life group meeting, personal teaching from Serene 姐姐 hehehe and do other readings).

As I wrote here, “I need thee every hour” was played on my computer, tears almost come flowing down. I remember all the blessings and HEART-changing experience my Lord has done in my life. I thank You and praise You Lord.

Yes, You never promised in the Bible that Christian life will be never easy or smooth sailing and WHO dares to say it will, when You, our Creator, didn’t even promise. But Lord, we’re well-aware that “Your Grace is sufficient for me, for Your Power is made perfect in my weaknesses”.

Indeed, Lord, through You and with You, I’m well-preserved and I'm determined to run this race with trust and obedience. =)

More to come when I share my thanksgiving item in the next blog entry as we enter into this season of thanksgiving and remembering Father God’s gift of His One and Only Begotten Son, our Lord Jesus to us, His creation.
