It's All About God!

Today had been another roller coaster day again.. oh well... All I could do is to give thanks to God over and over again. Keep relying on His strength. In fact I had headache but I claimed and believe by faith - Isaiah 53:5 that By His stripes, I am healed.

Our Abba Father God was good yesterday, is good today and is going to be as good tomorrow. Don't you agree with me! Amen.

I am not a prosperity-advocator and I will never be a lop-sided one. God has so much for us, there are numberous of promises in Bible. But are we obedient to receive His blessings or not? (Deuteronomy 28 and 29)

I am saying that God knows what is best for us, He will only give us the best, He wants to be above, not beneath, He will give us our heart desires when we follow His way be obedient to Him. He will only give us what He think is BEST for us. Bottomline is we must be obedient and submit completely to the Lordship of Christ. Yah!

Busy day today.. Caught up with work - piles of projects.. BH322, BH225, BH227... very very busy.. but in pockets of busyness, God will plan interesting things for us. Today Brother Cam happened to be in Jurong West so he offered to give me a lift to COOS.

During session this evening, we had praise and worship.. it was after don't know how long since we last had Praise and Worship... actually I remembered of Brother KW... miss him quite badly this week still.. kept thinking of him.. as I was praising God, I recalled the last time we had praise and worship, Brother KW was besides me.. but now........ alas, I know God has better plans for us..

Anyway, the praise and worship session was a good and ministering experience for us after a long day of work, schooling, whatsoever.. and yes.. after so so long.. Truly, worshipping and praising God is not about the venue, it's the holy presence of God and tonight once again, God moves in our midst and I praise and thank God for His presence among us this evening. God is so so good. =)

Sandra did her first part of the 4 teaching sessions this module on hurts and wounds.. Hmmm I do think she is more apt to be a Sunday School Teacher than a Teacher to adult group but I se her effort and her illustration with all the props are simply great and helped to remember the teaching well!

I look forward to every teaching session even it's exam period. I know I have to manage my time resource and be a good steward well. This is one thing I learnt about God even in the last semester - never shortchange God because we can never outgive or outbless Him.

My discipleship this year includes attending Church services every sunday without fail by His grace of course, also the Spiritual Growth Teaching at Covenant Vision Centre or Cell Group Meeting on Friday evening (because of my commitment to Thursday Support Group and cell group is on Thursday so I decided to pause my cell group until after module 3).

So as I've learnt thus far as a child of God, I need to be equipped with His Word and of course, over and above all these, is to keep praying and have an intimate relationship with God Father through faith in Christ Jesus. =)

Then I had a short chat with Serene jiejie and then Brother Cam Yew. I know Brother Cam cares for me as a dear brother. I am very grateful to God for His provision. A very healthy relating with Bro. Cam! =)

However, we must continue to be vigilant and I really need to look to God, thank God and focus on God every time Brother showers me with much love and care.. Just like this evening, I fully enjoyed the hug Bro Cam gave me just now when he "coaxed" me to go for the ministry prayer and enjoy the God's Throne of Grace and Mercy.. yah.. Bro just hugged me from behind like elder brother or "uncle" (haha) to younger brother type one.. nothing eros came out.. hehe.. Praise God.. nothing alarmed me, in fact, I was truly and fully enjoying the hug the way an elder brother to younger brother.

During ministry time, when Anneh asked me to go forth and pray for Bro. Cam, I was relunctant.. I of little faith, haiz.. hmmm... next time I will do it and bless him and every other brother to pray alongside with them!! Thank God for the ministry time.

God is good!

Indeed, I agree FULLY with Bro Cam that all our brothers should just put every care, worry, put down just everything and enjoy the Throne of God where God releases His Grace and Mercy during mnistry time oh man.. It's really very ministering one.. Brother Daryl and Brother Shawn Tay prayed for me. I really immerse myself fully in the love of God the Father tonight. FULLY.

Yes I agree that I will do it next time! And I will encourage my other brothers to go forth to approach the throne of God where love, grace, mercy are so exceedingly abundant! Hallelujah!!

Of course I am very overwhelmed by the way bro loves daniel.. but I remember and am clear where the source comes from. Who is the Giver, Who is the Blessor, Who is the Provider?

It's God.
