I Just Wouldn't Opt Out.

Last evening, I had a good dinner with my beloved Brother Cam and Brother Reuben. Though we dine at some back lane in Bendemeer area where we had fried prawn paste chicken, kai lan, hei zhou, and a big serving of very delicious fish soup in steamboat style (yu tou lu). It was definitely a great dining experience. Didn’t know that Brother Reuben could be so ‘crappy’ and fun loving. Haha…

Thanks Brother Reuben for the sharing and the treat =) Hee. This is the advantage being the younger person and of course, I must say… I am just simply adorable. haha *DANIEL, PLS BE HUMBLE*

After the wonderful dinner, I gave Brother Reuben my first hug to him ever. Thanks Brother for your love, treat and bookmark… hehe…

Then, Brother Cam drove me back. Earlier, Brother Reuben told me in the Train that Cam would definitely drive me home, then Brother Cam assured that, even if he was to drive me from East back to NTU but I think he really thanked God when I told him I am going back to my home in Tampines. Haha. Anyway, I thank God for this Brother who loves me and it was really so sweet.

At the carpark, brother Cam asked me “How am I?” Then I gave him that ‘Daniel is guilty kind of look’ and then he patted my head and gave me a big nice smile. =)

You know what, Brother? At that point when you placed your hand on my head, for a moment, I was surprised and felt that I am really a little kid in your presence.. I seriously don’t recall anyone patting my head like that ever before, not even mum wor. Hee. It was such an affirming act. I felt so comforted and so peaceful at heart.

So what happened after that? Yes… as usual, my dear brother Cam wouldn’t give up any chance of ‘delivering’ a message to me. =) Shan’t share that now, shall talk to Daddy God first and put that into practice. I want bring glory to Daddy.

For this entire week, God has to send four person - 3 Christians and 1 pre-believer to call me "Good Boy" at different occasions.. Oh dear.. I was tell CR, this could be really so scary when God wanted to tell/affirm me something.. haha =) But I really need to live up to being a.. "Good boy".. hmm... *pondering* will try my best =)

Just like what Brother Calvin told me on Wednesday, I know very well that I am well-loved and it is really God’s blessings that He gives so many wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ, and other brothers and sisters who have yet to know Jesus, to shower me with great love, care and concern. I think if I am ever to write a thanksgiving speech to thank all the people who have loved me in one way or another, it will take forever to complete. I thank God for His Grace, Love and Mercy upon me. I know… yes I know what the Lord has for me ahead, it’s time to share this love with people around me.

For the past one year, the Lord has done just so much in my life, as I count my blessings from the Lord just these few months, I realized I am just too overwhelmed.

Deep in my heart, I know I don’t want to upset every brothers and sisters who love me so deeply. =)

Anyway, I will keep running this race, even when I'm discouraged, shagged out big time, even when I was so tempted.. I know I just wouldn’t opt out of this training. =)
