What a Wonderful Gift!

As I look at the above-picture, I was reminded about one very sobering and important fact of Christianity. Son of God, Darling of Heaven, Prince of Peace -- our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, on that fateful day some almost 2,000 years ago went to the cross of calvary, inflicted with wounds, bore all our sins, all kinds (you name it, He bears it) so that we, His creation the human race becomes preciously redeemed by Him and hence is able to live a righteous life through His victory over death and sins! Hallelujah!!! This is a gift of salvation, love, grace and mercy given to all men who choose to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. =)
